1. Key Accounts Manager: Food Flavours/ Raw Ingredients / Aromas & Enhancers

 

 

 

Educational Requirements:

 

Matric

 

 

 

Experience Requirements:

 

Must have at least 5 years’ in Sales of product (flavours, top notes, enhancers, emulsions, colours) range to various customers within industrial food production / manufacturing sector (Non Negotiable)

 

Must have excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans

 

Must be well spoken & presented

 

Must be attentive to detail

 

Must be proficient in Microsoft office

 

Must have own transport and valid driver license

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Sales of product (flavours, top notes, enhancers, emulsions, colours) range to various customers within industrial food production / manufacturing sector

 

Focus on new business development & product channels – bakery/industrial,

 

To be able to advise customers on suitable flavour applications /complements / enhancers to their products (some experience in R & D within industry)

 

Present to customers

 

To build & maintain customer relationships

 

Customer management – implement business plan, product development and forecasting

 

Analyse customer business, including customer profile

 

Formulate effective action plans and call cycles

 

Sales operations – achieve targets, communicate trade activity, product management

 

Perform trade visits where necessary

 

Manage customer order activity, credits and rebates

 

Monitor & Communicate competitor activity, market intelligence, pricing surveys and new market trends

 

Conduct customer business reviews on a quarterly basis

 

Achieving targets, managing forecasts & pipelines

 

General Admin

 

 

 

Additional:

 

Basic per month (Negotiable to be discussed) + Commission

2. Development Manager (Residential Property)


Educational requirements:

Completed Matric

Relevant completed tertiary qualification – BSC or BTech Construction Management / QS

Relevant project management qualification


Experience Requirements:

Must have relevant experience and background, proven track record, 8 – 10 years’ experience in the residential construction arena

Must be computer literate

Must have great facilitation skills and able to handle conflict

Must be well spoken and able to communicate effectively to all

Must be able to problem solve

Must be able to plan & effectively manage time

Own Transport


Responsibilities:

Planning of project from start to finish (including deadlines, milestones & processes)
Able to project feasibility & profitability projections

Cashflow & budget management

Obtaining key stakeholders approvals, reporting back and providing feedback

Liaising with local councils, governing bodies & obtaining / securing required permits & approvals

Plan site preparation & property development schedule

Direct activities of contractors onsite

Implementation of estate design & documentation

Manage after sales service and completion of project

Coordinating project team, construction team & operations team

Manage the results of the professional team: town planners, engineers & architects

Manage the development team: project managers, quality controllers, builders & contractors

Manage the sales & rental team, marketing team, sales agents & conveyancers

Ensuring smooth running of projects and adherence to commitments and deadlines


Additional info:

R50 000 – R60 000 CTC

Attentive to detail & thorough

Able to work overtime if needed

Willing and able to travel to different sites if needed

Advantageous – Registered Principal Project Manager with the South African Council for Project & Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP)
