1. Key Accounts Food Flavours/ Raw Ingredients / Seasoning & Enhancers

 

Educational Requirements:

Matric

 

Experience Requirements:

Must have at least 5 years’ in Sales of product (flavours, top notes, enhancers, emulsions, colours) range to various customers within industrial food production / manufacturing sector (Non Negotiable)

Must have excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans

Must be well spoken & presented

Must be attentive to detail

Must be proficient in Microsoft office

Must have own transport and valid driver license

 

Responsibilities:

Sales of product (flavours, top notes, enhancers, emulsions, colours) range to various customers within industrial food production / manufacturing sector

Focus on new business development & product channels – bakery/industrial,

To be able to advise customers on suitable flavour applications /complements / enhancers to their products (some experience in R & D within industry)

Present to customers

To build & maintain customer relationships

Customer management – implement business plan, product development and forecasting

Analyse customer business, including customer profile

Formulate effective action plans and call cycles

Sales operations – achieve targets, communicate trade activity, product management

Perform trade visits where necessary

Manage customer order activity, credits and rebates

Monitor & Communicate competitor activity, market intelligence, pricing surveys and new market trends

Conduct customer business reviews on a quarterly basis

Achieving targets, managing forecasts & pipelines

General Admin

 

Additional:

Basic per month (Negotiable to be discussed) + Commission

2. Sales Executive of Inkjet Industrial Coding and Marking Printers

 

Educational Requirements:

Matric

 

Experience Requirements:

Must have at least 3 - 5 years’ experience in Inkjet coding and marking printer sales

Must have excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans

Must be attentive to detail

Must be proficient in Microsoft office

Strong general knowledge of Inkjet Printer

Must have own transport and valid driver license

 

Responsibilities:

Sales of Inkjet Industrial Coding and Marking Printers

Understanding the work flow, pressure and daily operations of business

Comfortable With Technical Issues and Situations

Comfortable with Negotiating and Discussing Terms (good negotiating skills)

Must have a proven sales track record

Face to Face sales

Cold Calling

Sales presentations to future customers

Target driven and able to push for results

Initiating customer contact through personal contact

Presentation of product offerings and systematic follow-up

Effective and efficient closure of sales

Working with customer base to ensure good relationships are maintained

3. Key Accounts Manager – Freight / Import / Export

Educational Requirements:

Matric

Relevant tertiary qualification is desired

 

Experience Requirements:

Relevant air freight import / export experience is a MUST (minimum 5 years)

Relevant Sales & business development experience

Comfortable negotiating & discussing terms with large corporate clients

Good analytical acumen with ability to manipulate, analyze and interpret financial and business data

Proficient in Microsoft Office & advanced on Excel

Well-spoken (in English) and able to speak Afrikaans

Well presented

Own transport & valid endorsed license

 

Responsibilities:

Key account management & interface between client & clearing agents etc.

Travelling to various key accounts

Build and develop a network with potential and existing customers & key accounts and increase revenue through the identifying of opportunities for growing current client business to achieve sales targets and results

Prepare plan and forecast for each targeted Key Account Client and increase market share

Provide visible support in resolving client concerns and challenges , facilitating  airfreight forwarding solutions to meet the Key Account Client’s on going and changing needs

Ensure high level service delivery through the management of the forwarding life cycle from commencement to completion, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness

Ensuring consistent and competitive pricing agreements, cognizant of the calculation of cost structures and so on

Administering and maintain the airfreight import / export schedules

Remain up to date with buying and selling trends

Resolve queries promptly regarding Import / Export Accounts and ensuring quality service to the client

Leading & managing the clearing agents

Proactively ensure that all activities in the area of responsibility are compliant with current legal & company specific regulations including ISO etc.

Reporting on monthly accounts, sales and so on  

 

Additional info:

Salary is negotiable based on current earnings  

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Company car + benefit contributions

Willing to travel

Willing to work outside of office hours if needed

Clear crim record is a MUST

4. Junior Sales Representative (Retail / FMCG)

 

Educational Requirements:

Matric

Relevant marketing qualification

 

Experience Requirements:

Must have at least 1 – 3 years’ experience in retail / FMCG sector

Must have excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans both written and spoken

Must be attentive to detail

Must be proficient in Microsoft office

Strong general knowledge of industry

Must have own transport and valid driver license

 

Responsibilities:

Managing & achieving sales volumes, targets & KPI’s

Cold calling, sourcing & acquiring new business with large chain stores, independent hardware stores, wholesalers etc.

Negotiating & ensuring store activation, listing of products and shelf space

Negotiating sales

Implementing sales driver activities

Maintaining recommended selling prices

Setting up POS if needed

Educating & presenting to  outlet owners

Managing & determining stock levels

Identify potential new outlets

Reporting on stock & risks

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Building & maintaining relationships

Achieving targets

Travelling to various customers daily

General admin

 

Additional:

Basic R6 500 per month + commission, car allowance and petrol

Probation period applies

Valid license

Need to have clear CRIM record
